Atomix has officially passed one million orders shipped in 2025, marking a major milestone for our team and our operation. This is the highest annual volume in company history and a clear sign of how far we have come in scaling the business.
This milestone reflects the collective effort of every department. From the warehouse teams who keep orders moving with speed and accuracy, to our CX and client management teams who support brands through peaks, to our tech and operations groups who continue improving our systems and processes. Every part of Atomix contributed to reaching this number.
Crossing one million orders also shows that our workflows, capacity planning, and multi-location structure are working. We have handled increased volume without sacrificing accuracy, communication, or client trust. That is a direct result of the discipline and consistency shown across the team every day.
As we look ahead to the rest of the year, this milestone is a reminder of what we can achieve together. We will keep refining our processes, strengthening our technology, and preparing for even larger volume in the years ahead.
For now, it is worth taking a moment to recognize the work that went into this number. One million orders shipped is a major accomplishment, and it belongs to the entire Atomix team.

Maria plays an important role on the kitting team at Atomix, supporting multiple departments by keeping materials organized and workflows moving efficiently. Most days are spent coordinating tasks, preparing kits, and making sure teams have what they need to stay on track. Her work behind the scenes helps ensure operations run smoothly, especially during busy periods.
One recent win she is especially proud of is helping coordinate the kitting team through peak season. By staying organized and supporting other departments, they helped prevent delays and kept workflows moving when demand was at its highest. That consistency and attention to detail made a real impact across the operation.
What she enjoys most about working at Atomix is the opportunity to grow. Supportive managers encourage learning, professional development, and collaboration, creating an environment where people feel motivated and supported rather than overwhelmed. That sense of encouragement makes a meaningful difference day to day.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, resting, and using downtime to recharge. Looking ahead, she is interested in seeing an even stronger organization and communication between departments to make work more efficient and reduce stress during heavy workloads.
FUN FACT: Maria's favorite ice cream flavor is pistachio.

Jerod has been a core part of Atomix for more than three years and continues to be one of the most vital pieces of our operation. As Director of Tech Ops, he plays a key role in keeping our systems running smoothly while supporting every department through technology, workflow improvements, and rapid problem solving. His impact is felt across the entire company, from the warehouse floor to client experience to leadership planning.
Originally from the Bay Area, Jerod graduated from Marquette with a finance degree before finding his path into technology and operations. That background gives him a unique combination of analytical thinking and hands-on execution that has shaped many of the systems we rely on today. He is the person we can always count on to dive into challenges, fix issues before they escalate, and build long-term solutions that keep us growing.
Outside of work, Jerod is engaged, recently bought his first house, and shares life with two cats and one dog. Even with big milestones happening in his personal life, he continues to show up with consistency and flexibility. He is an incredible example of someone who adapts to whatever Atomix needs and is always willing to jump in wherever he can provide value.
Jerod represents the best of Atomix. His reliability, attitude, and dedication make him a standout leader and an essential part of our future.
FUN FACT: Jerod is a twin sister, and he has never beat her at basketball

Cleo, Andrew’s yellow lab, has quickly become a beloved part of the Atomix family. She is a young pup with endless energy, a sweet personality, and a growing fan club across the warehouse and office. Every day she is learning something new, exploring the world with curiosity, and bringing a little extra joy to the team.
When she is not at work yelling at her dad for attention, Cleo is at home playing with her mom, finding new toys to obsess over, and enjoying long walks where she can burn off some of that puppy energy. She has a natural ability to lift the mood of everyone around her and reminds us to take a breath, smile, and enjoy the moment.
Cleo may still be learning the ropes, but she has already mastered one thing: making Atomix a happier place.
Louie is Jerod’s five year old sidekick and a well known character with a calm, friendly personality. He is curious, social, and always comfortable wherever he finds himself.
One of Louie’s funniest moments happened when he got locked out of the apartment and spent the day casually hanging out in the hallway, making friends with neighbors instead of causing a scene. It's a perfect example of how relaxed and people friendly he is.
At home, Louie is happiest when snacks are involved, especially crushed tortilla chips, which he considers a top tier treat. He enjoys quiet time, familiar faces, and being part of whatever is happening around him.
If Louie worked at Atomix, he would be the Director of Printer Repair, showing up exactly when something breaks and somehow making it work again just by being there. Louie brings an easygoing energy that fits right in with the Atomix team.
