Deja is one of the friendly and reliable voices behind our CX team. She spends her days communicating with clients, sharing order updates, solving issues, and coordinating closely with the warehouse to make sure everything runs smoothly. If there is a question, concern, or update that needs attention, chances are Deja is already on it.

A recent win she is especially proud of is simply being someone her team can count on. Whether it is stepping into an escalation, helping with the small details that matter, or jumping in wherever extra support is needed, Deja takes pride in being a true team player. For her, success is not just about getting the job done, it is about helping the whole team move forward together.

Deja’s journey at Atomix started in the warehouse, where she built a strong understanding of our operations and client products. That foundation now helps her thrive in CX, where she loves building relationships and serving as the connection point between clients and our internal teams. She shares that the growth opportunities, diversity, and supportive culture at Atomix are what make it such a special place to work.

Outside of work, Deja is also an entrepreneur. She runs Deja Vu Photography and loves capturing special moments through her camera. When she is not working, you can find her at church, spending time with family and friends, bowling, or binge watching a new show.

Fun fact: Her favorite ice cream flavor is butter pecan, and her family says she has an old soul.

Meet Wilma Jean, the five year old yellow lab owned by Kayla, who brings strong grandma energy everywhere she goes. She is calm, observant, and quietly confident, the kind of presence that makes everything feel under control. Her standards are famously high, especially when it comes to treats. She will politely refuse processed cheese, beef, steak, and even sweets, offering a look that says she expects better. Her favorite thing in the world is playing fetch, and once a ball is in play, she is completely focused, in her element, and fully in the zone. If Wilma had a role at Atomix, she would be leading quality control, carefully inspecting every detail and making sure only the best makes it through.
