Meet Hunter, a key member of our Finance and Analytics team. Each day looks a little different for him, and that is exactly how he likes it. From building dashboards and running analysis to managing carrier relationships and putting together pricing, he is the kind of person who thrives on variety and loves solving problems from the ground up.

A recent win he is especially proud of is bringing a suite of Claude AI tools to the Atomix team, something he has been building to make our internal operations smarter and faster. It is a great example of how he approaches his work: always looking for ways to build something better.

What keeps him energized at Atomix is the people, the environment, and the challenge of creating things from scratch. Every day brings something new, and for him that is what makes it fun. He loves the freedom to come up with new ideas and see them come to life.

Outside of work, you can find him out in the field hunting or fishing. And if there is cake batter ice cream nearby, he is not saying no.

Fun fact: If he had to take anyone else's job at Atomix, it would be Mil's, who he suspects is on vacation at least six months out of the year.

Meet Tucker, the one year old mini dachshund owned by Hunter Stracka, who brings big personality in a very small package. Stubborn, dramatic, and fully aware of it, Tucker has never met a situation he did not have strong opinions about. He is the definition of a diva, and he owns it completely.

His most chaotic trait? A deep, unshakeable love for the water despite being a genuinely terrible swimmer. Watching him go for it anyway is apparently one of the funniest things you will ever see, and Tucker could not care less what you think about his technique.

When he is not making a splash, Tucker is locked in on his ball. Fetch is his sport, his passion, and honestly his whole personality. Get a ball in the mix and suddenly the diva energy disappears. He is all business.

If Tucker had a role at Atomix, he would be in inventory. With a nose like his, nothing would get past him.
